What is Registration / Termination of SMS Services?
The services is used register your Maxis phone number for SMS Recharge Service.
How do I register for the service?
You would first need to have a Savings or Current Account with Public Bank Berhad. If you do not have one, kindly open a Savings or Current Account at any of our branches.
Next, kindly proceed to register for the Prepaid Mobile Recharge via SMS service using one of the following channels:
Channel 1 - PBeBank.com
If you are already a PBeBank.com user, simply go to www.pbebank.com to login, and click-on "Registration/Termination of SMS Services".
If you are not a PBeBank.com user, you must first register at your nearest Branch as a PBeBank.com user before you can use this mode of registration for your Prepaid Mobile Recharge via SMS services.
Or
Channel 2 - ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
You may register at your nearest Public Bank and/ or Public Finance ATM with your ATM card.
During the registration process, you may select the password of your choice via the registration page. Once you have successfully registered online via PBeBank.com or ATM, you are automatically activated.
You can now immediately use the recharge service.
How do subscribe the service at PBeBank.com?
Steps on how to register your phone to perform SMS recharge:
(a) Click on Registration / Terminination of SMS Services
(b) Determine the recharge Prepaid Type
(c) Enter PAC
(d) Select From Account
(e) Enter Account Holder Recharge Phone Number (up to maximum 3 recharge phone numbers)
(f) Enter Recharge PIN
(g) Click Next
(h) Verify details entered and click on Confirm

(a) Select "Other Services"
(b) Select "More Services"
(c) Select "Mobile SMS Services"
(d) Select "Maxis Hotlink"
(e) Select "Registration / Termination"
(f) Please key in Recharge PIN and press "Enter"
How do un-subscribe the service at PBeBank.com?
Steps on how to un-register your phone to perform SMS recharge:
(a) Click on Registration / Terminination of SMS Services
(b) Determine the phone number by ticking on the check box
(c) Click Delete
(d) Verify details entered and click on Confirm
